STATEMENT OF WORK

This Statement of Work (SOW) is made on the date it has been signed by both parties (SOW Effective Date) and issued pursuant to and is governed by the Master Services Agreement between Tracy's TMAWA Army (we or us ) and _________________ _________________ trading as _________________ (you) (together, the Agreement).


Definitions. Terms defined in the Agreement shall have the same meaning in this SOW until a contrary meaning is prescribed in this SOW.

Scope of Services. This SOW sets out the scope of work to be performed (the Services) and the responsibilities of each Party.

Background.

  1. The project is being done because to set up the subscriptions to form the membership of Tracy's TMAWA

    Warrior Army fan group.

  2. The aim of the project is to 'increase the client's fulfilment with what they are subscribing to.

  3. We are registered with Work for Good in all our fundraising activities which we achieve with our subscription's, in which we make pledges to charities through. Please see our separate Commercial Participator agreement documents in Business T & C's.

  4. Scope. We shall provide the following services under this SOW:
    a. We will provide a platform for subscriptions to a paid membership to the support fan group... where members can
    enjoy everything that TMAWA has to offer and reap the benefits

  5. Outside of Scope. The following services are specifically excluded from the Scope:



Project Deliverables.

outweighing the subscription fee

Term

  1. This SOW commences on the SOW Effective Date and will continue in effect unless terminated earlier by either Party.

  2. Either Party may terminate this SOW by providing 7 days' written notice to the other Party.

Fees

a. In consideration of our provision of the Services detailed in this SOW, you shall pay us £4.99 per month including VAT (the SOW Fee).

b. Any expenses incurred in providing the Services will be included in the SOW Fee.

We are registered with Work for Good in all our fundraising activities which we achieve with our subscription's, in which we make pledges to charities through. Please see our separate Commercial Participator agreement documents in Business T & C's.
